Have Ellen G. White’s Writings Been Tampered?

It is taught and said by some that the majority of Mrs. White’s writings have been altered/changed by the leaders of the SDA church so as to render them uninspired, and as a result that we cannot “trust” these books, and therefore, we should not be reading them or sharing them with others. But is this claim, that has massive implications and major consequences, actually true? Let us examine this point and look at the evidence. A must watch series:

“…they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.” (2 Chronicles 36:16, KJV)

“The Lord is unmasking the spirit of evil working that has existed in Battle Creek. Those who have chosen to follow their own way have begun to publish the discrepancies and contradictions, so-called, that they claim to find in connection with the testimonies; and they are misstating some matters by using their own words instead of the words found in my writing. These charges will have to be met, that truth may take the place of falsehood. Oh, how sad that such a work as this is done in this all-important period of the world’s history. We want now to go right forward with the work we must do in order to awaken our cities to repentance. We desire to let the light shine forth in clear rays, and to preach the gospel and the nearness of the end, without having to stop to engage in controversy with the men who are blindfolded with the bewitchery of misleading science. [Letter 162, 1906, par. 10, 11]

“The very last deception of Satan will be to make of none effect the testimony of the Spirit of God. “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” [Proverbs 29:18.] Satan will work ingeniously, in different ways and through different agencies, to unsettle the confidence of God’s remnant people in the true testimony.” Letter 12, 1890

“God sets no man to pronounce judgment on His Word, selecting some things as inspired and discrediting others as uninspired. The testimonies have been treated in the same way; but God is not in this.” —1 Selected Messages, 23.

May God bless you as you seek for the truth with all your heart! Claim this promise in prayer below today, and plead for Divine guidance:

John 16:13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

Please pray for those who are rejecting and making void the testimony of the Spirit of God. Time is short, and the grieving of the Holy Spirit cannot go on much longer.
